  8. Well dear Girl, Thursday is my birthday, and I am going to be sending you all the happiness and good wishes that I feel, on to you so that you recover quickly from the surgery... I had it done about 15 years ago and it really did help me, and I got back to feeling quite good after about seven weeks.. it takes a good time for feeling stronger again, but the stitches etc are relatively ok to manage.. and you must remember not to lift anything until after 6 weeks, but it will all work out... How you manage with running a household and caring for your lovely boys and grandchildren too.***.. you are a heroine!!! Good on your sister for coming to help too- you will be fine, nothing to worry about just make sure you do not get going too soon!!!Lots of hugs and positive thoughts from this side of the pond... Janzi

  22. My sister lives a couple of hours by plane away form me and we don't see each other much, but when we do we like to celebrate! If this is the setting you are creating for your sister she is going to have an awesome time!

  24. It's so lovely that your sister will help you. Are you getting the old fashioned surgery (invasive) or the new kind (slight holes in the tummy and microscopic surgery). If it is the latter, you'll be fine in no time. Mood swings are caused by hormonal changes. I'm assuming you took something (natural or otherwise) before you decided on surgery. All the best.

  27. D. I am glad you like my front porch setting in Brundidge, Alabama. [the porch scene above]
I guess this just proves Southern is an attitude can be California or Alabama. Check in now and see same porch set up for summer/patriotic setting. All my pictures are from my life or home..MAYBE 3 are used WITH PERMISSION OF THE BLOGGER.

GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY-
