"Dustin". 9-20-11

Dustin the happy one!!!
The day's you could run!!!!
(Dustin is in the green shirt.)
The strength you show from day to day, just hanging on.
Today Dustin got out of the hospital for the third time in three month's...the disease is taking it's toll on him. I know there is a greater purpose...but some day's are so hazy for me. I have been sick with the flu for two day's and couldnt go to the hospital with Dustin, so my dear hubby stayed with him, that was the first time I have not been there with him. Today we have had around the clock changing station, me and hub's...some day's like I said are hazy. I feel like some day's I am writing a book, a very depressing  one at that. I apologize for my writing's, but at time's I feel this is the only place I can vent.
My doc changed my med's so I hope there will be some light at the end of this long depression. I really am looking forward to a new day. I hope I can start looking at the glass half full instead of half empty.
God bless those of you that stay with me and love me....I am eternally gratefull for you.
With Love Debbie:)

  1. Sweet Debbie, Don't ever apologize for writing on your blog whatever you feel, that's why it's YOUR blog :o) I hope your feeling better, the flu is no fun at all and I hope Dustin is feeling better as well. Things will get better... sometimes I take a few moments to myself just to have a cup of tea and a piece of chocolate or to sit outside and breathe in the fresh air and clear my mind. When things start to upset you, take a moment just for you. Have a nice evening, Hugs and Love Jennifer

  3. Hi Debbie,
I'm not awake yet. You have a whole lot of stuff going on. I hate when the doc switches pills on me, always different side effects. Sorry Dustin isn't doing well. Be careful with the flu there! I hope you are feeling better soon!

  4. I'm so sorry to hear your not feeling well still. More so for your boy not to be feeling well. I know first hand how devastating it can be. I will keep your family in my prayers. Hugs. Tammy
